Tips- When the wings go down on the animation, they look like they are still folded. Try making them not look folded and flap all the way down. Also, instead of going backwards as the wings flap, go more forwards. I hope this helps!
Oh, and looking at birds and bats flying and sort of imagining their wings into dragon wings might help too.
One tip I'd say is that the motion of the wings make it look like he's flying backwards.
Have any more suggestions?
And I guess you could make the head turn more gradually than just a big jump, that one shouldn't be too hard to fix.
